Kiro completely rethinks the experience of medical biology results to offer our users solutions adapted to their needs. Built in close collaboration with practitioners, patients and biologists, it aims to deliver biology that is more understandable, personalized and relevant for the benefit of patients.

Some medical biology laboratories have entered into a partnership with Kiro to offer you an even more innovative experience of accessing your medical biology reports.

How does Kiro work?

Our solution allows you to follow your biology results, or those of your patients, anywhere, anytime. There is no software to install — updates are made automatically, with no need for you to worry about them. Access is secure and all data is encrypted, in accordance with the regulations in force and the most demanding standards.

I would like to access the Kiro platform and all its features, but I don't know how.

To access the Kiro platform, simply go to app.kiro.bio. Access to certain features and to personalized results is only possible if your medical biology laboratory is a Kiro partner. To create an account and access the most advanced features, get in touch with your medical biology laboratory.

Do I have to pay to access Kiro?

Access to the platform is free, and the services developed by Kiro are made available to you free of charge by our partner laboratories.

Question 5

Why did I receive a notification from Kiro?

Accepted Answer

You receive an email notification to let you know that the results of your tests performed at the medical biology laboratory are available on the Kiro platform. After receiving this email, click on "Access the report". To make sure you receive our emails, we recommend adding the address nepasrepondre@kiro.bio to your address book. To view your results, follow the steps described in the question "How do I view my medical biology test results?".

What is Beyond?

Beyond is a class IIa medical device manufactured by Kiro and whose compliance has been evaluated and certified by the notified body DNV CE 2460. Beyond provides healthcare professionals with recommendations for additional tests they may consider as part of the care provided to the patient. Please carefully read the instructions for use, available at: app.kiro.bio/beyond/notice/download/ The instructions for use (e-IFU) may be made available to the user in paper form within seven days.
