What should I do if I receive a fraudulent message?

If you do not recognize the information contained in an email allegedly sent by Kiro, always check that the sender's address ends with @kiro.bio. Please note that Kiro does not send you your biology results by email, and does not ask you to send personal information by email. Never share confidential information — we will never ask you for it, neither by email nor by phone. Do not click on the content of the email if you believe it is fraudulent. If in doubt, contact us at info@kiro.bio.

What do I need to access Kiro?
