How do I create a Kiro account?

Full access to the platform requires the creation of a user account. You will need a valid email address provided to your laboratory, and a password. Once your results are available, you will be invited to follow the account creation process. When you first log in, enter your last name, first name, date of birth, as well as a secure password compliant with CNIL recommendations. It is important that all information provided is complete and accurate. Note that it is possible to associate several patients with the same Kiro account (for you and your children, for example). To do so, provide the same email address at the laboratory's reception for the different patients you wish to group under the same account.

How do I choose and keep my password?

Logging in to a Kiro account is based on a secure authentication system. Your username and password are strictly personal and confidential — do not share them with third parties. To make your life easier, use a password manager. We recommend renewing your password every six months by clicking on "Forgot password" on the login page.

How do I change the password of my Kiro account?

Accepted Answer

This feature is only available to patients who have created a Kiro account. In the personal area of your Kiro account, click on your first name at the top right of the home page. From the drop-down menu, go to "My account". Click on "Password" to access password modification. Enter your old password then choose a new one and confirm to apply the change. If you wish to change your email address or any other information, get in touch with your medical biology laboratory's reception.

What should I do if I forgot the password of my Kiro account?

This feature is only available to patients who have created a Kiro account. On the login page, click on "Forgot password?". Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to set your new password. Don't forget to confirm it.

How do I log in and log out of my Kiro account?

Accepted Answer

This feature is only available to patients who have created a Kiro account. When your results are available, you receive an email with an access link. Click on "Access the report". Enter your email address and password to access your personal area. You can also log in directly at app.kiro.bio. To log out, click on your first name at the top right of your personal area, then on "Log out" from the drop-down menu. If this is not your own computer, use a private browsing window and effectively log out at the end of each session.
