How do I view my medical biology test results?

When your medical biology results are ready, access to the platform is granted by your laboratory. You will receive an email at the address you provided at the time of registration. Click on the link and follow the instructions to access your results.

If your access has not been granted and you had your samples taken more than a week ago, contact your laboratory directly by phone or visit on site.

How do I enter my email address for the first time?

Accepted Answer

The email address requested is the one you provided to the medical biology laboratory's reception. If you did not provide one, get in touch with your laboratory's reception to add it to your file. You will then be able to receive notifications and view your results directly on the Kiro platform.

What should I do if the link sent by email doesn't work?

Accepted Answer

The link sent by email is valid for 30 days. After this period, the link is no longer valid. - If you do not have a Kiro account, get in touch with your laboratory to retrieve your report. - If you have a Kiro account, log in to app.kiro.bio to find all your results on your home page.

I didn't receive an email after my sampling at the medical biology laboratory.

Accepted Answer

Once your results are ready, Kiro sends an email to the address provided at the time of registration. If you did not receive it, try the following methods: - Request a new email — Go to app.kiro.bio/notif, enter your email address and click on "Receive the access link". You should receive a new email within a few minutes. - Check your spam folder — Log in to your inbox (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Orange…) and search for an email with the keyword "Kiro" or "results". If you don't find it, check your spam or junk folder. - Check the email address on file — Call your laboratory's reception to verify the email address in your file. If it doesn't match, ask to have it changed. If it matches, contact info@kiro.bio.

This email may take a few minutes to arrive — be sure to check your spam folder. If in doubt, contact your laboratory directly or visit on site.

Accepted Answer

If our platform does not recognize your email address, the address you entered probably does not match the one provided to your laboratory. Carry out the following checks: - Check that there is no typo in your email address. - Make sure it is indeed the address provided at the time of registration at the laboratory. - If the problem persists, contact your laboratory or write to patients@kiro.bio. - If you had your samples taken more than a week ago, contact your laboratory directly. It is also possible that your results have not yet been transmitted to Kiro by your laboratory. To make sure you receive our emails, add nepasrepondre@kiro.bio to your address book.

Question 7

I received an email saying my results are available, but I can't access them.

Accepted Answer

To access the results, enter the date of birth of the patient concerned. This is either your date of birth or — if you are the legal representative (e.g. a minor child) — that of the patient you represent. Carry out the following checks: - Check that there is no typo in the date of birth. - Use the DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g. 05/03/1985). - Make sure it is indeed the date of birth provided at the time of registration at the laboratory. - If needed, visit your medical biology laboratory directly on site.
